Shipping policy

How are orders shipped?

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be sent to the email provided after the package has been mailed.

When will my order ship?

Visual Index is open Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am- 5:30pm Eastern time. We will do our best to package and ship your piece within three business days of the purchase (many times it will mail out sooner).

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping cost varies depending on dimensions and weight of items; please review your total during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping within the US, and at this time we do not offer international shipping. 

LOST PACKAGES

In the event that something is lost, please notify us immediately!

It's rare that items are lost in the mail, but we will contact you ASAP if any changes or refunds to your order must be made. If additional inventory is available, a new shipment will be sent to replace last piece. If not a full refund will be issued.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PIECES

In the event that something is damaged during shipment, please take photos, save the packaging, and notify us immediately!

Customers must provide images of the outside of the packaging as well as images of the broken or damaged piece(s) inside the package. This will be required for a refund. You can email these images to thevisualindex@gmail.com with the buyer's full name in the email body.
