People have asked me where the inspiration for my jewelry comes from and it is hard to answer because for me it comes from everywhere! Often it comes from nature. It may come from a pattern in a fabric at my favorite restaurant, a photograph I’ve seen on the Internet, or a crack in the sidewalk! Many times it comes from within the stones I select themselves.

I believe the jewelry we wear is a part of our personal self- expression and that is why everything I create is unique and one-of-a-kind. Working mainly in sterling silver and semi-precious
gemstones, each piece is slow crafted from raw materials with my hands and my tools in my home studio in North Carolina. Because my brain, my hands, and my heart are all over a piece as I work, I feel it becomes a small part of me that someone will carry with them each time they wear it.
