I watched the “Captain Kangaroo” show growing up and one of the stories he read inspires me in my work today: “Simple Pictures are Best”. My goal is to create works that are simple in design, and organic in nature, allowing the beauty of the wood to shine through and warm a space. Each of my pieces is unique and one-of-a-kind. Most of the wood I use is sourced from dead or dying trees in Southwest Florida or here in North Carolina.
