Michelle Lyon is a former pasty chef who discovered she had a severe gluten intolerance. After coming to terms with this she decided to take her sometimes hobby of making costumes and creative colorful plush and make it her new career. This lead to owning a business selling wholesale across the country and eventually landed her an ongoing working relationship with a major local kids museum. She still has time to create outside the museum, and is always working on something new. She live in Durham NC sometimes and other times in the foothills of Northern California with her husband and two best dogs Watson and Larry.
