FRECKLED FUCHSIA

Freckled Fuchsia was founded by Chandlyr Jackson, and is run by both Chandlyr and Kalli Roebelen. At its core, Freckled Fuchsia rides the line between playful creativity, and contemporary design. 

​Chandlyr and Kalli’s love for the design process, vibrant colors, and lively patterns led them to create products and inspire others through their experience as a UX and Graphic Designers. The two met back in 2005 at gymnastics practice and have remained good friends over the years, which eventually led to a partnership over a shared love!

​The design duo is rooted in Portland, Maine. Chandlyr has her BS in Industrial Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and has worked as a User Experience Designer for a couple of years before diving into her own independent work. Even though her formal background is in Industrial Design, much of the pattern design, printmaking and illustration that she has created through Freckled Fuchsia is primarily self-taught. Kalli has her BS in Health Science and her Graphic Design Certificate from MassArt. After working for several years in Boston, Kalli moved to Maine in 2020 to run operations for Freckled Fuchsia. She has a focus on branding and packaging, and a deep love for pop-art.
